"Happiness isn't finding the right person, it's becoming the right person."
Even if you find the “right” person, if you aren’t the right person for them at that time then your relationship will not work out in the long run. Timing is essential and being in the same place in life at the same time is crucial. You can't start a life-long journey with someone if you aren't both following the same path.
You don't want to be the stumbling block in someone else's journey with Christ so when you find yourself in a relationship make sure that you are both building each other up and pushing each other closer to the one who should be at the center of everything, Jesus Christ.
For many of us, we might have already met the person that God has ordained for us but because we are not mentally, emotionally, or spiritually in the right place we haven't been able to receive that blessing.
Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." (NJKV)
"When you align yourself with God then everything else will fall into place." If God is at the center of your life then everything good and perfect for YOU will gravitate toward you.
Side note: just because something might look good or seem good on the outside doesn't mean that it's good for YOU.
God has a plan for your life that is UNIQUE.
Stop comparing your life/your spiritual journey to the person next to you. God has something different for you and looking at others will not help you figure it out. It will just make you more stressed and doubtful of God's love for you. He will reveal His plan for you in His divine time.
Trust that His timing is ALWAYS perfect.
